All of our stewards have received NVQ Level 2 training in spectator safety as well as basic first aid training.

We also prioritise diversity and inclusion by providing training on disability and discrimination to ensure our team members can provide sensitive and respectful services to all individuals. Radio and Reports
Our team is trained in radio procedures and airwave control to ensure effective communication and coordination in the field. We also have experience in documenting incidents and accidents and completing thorough reports to provide a clear record of events. These skills and knowledge help us to provide efficient and reliable security services to our clients
BIIAB Door Supervisor
Our team members are trained to the industry-recognised BIIAB Door Supervisor Level 2 standard, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional security services. In addition to these courses, we invest in extensive in-house training, including customer care, radio control room operations, ingress and egress procedures, and supervisors training, to ensure our team is equipped to handle any situation.
Counter-terrorism Trained
Our team is trained in counter-terrorism awareness and search techniques to help prevent and mitigate potential threats. We are committed to providing the highest level of security to our clients and ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge to protect against potential terrorist threats.
